Fazenda Sete Cachoeiras is the first carbon-neutral certified coffee estate in the south of Minas Gerais. Shiny black color with oily surface. Significant amount of bitterness. The flavor of the roasting process overcomes the origin flavor.

Rich, darker color with some oil on the surface. Bittersweet aftertaste, no acidity.

Medium brown in color. Slightly sweeter than light roast.Balanced flavor aroma and acidity.

Light brown color. No oil on the surface.
